Aliens

Crop circles are one mystery that are connected to aliens. Although most are made by mischeivous pranksters, it is often thought that aliens are involved. This particular crop circle represents the first several digits of pi.

The hero Heracles from Greek mythology was charged with several tasks that had to do with God-like creatures, like killing the Nemean Lion. A similar event occurs in Star Wars VI, when Luke Skywalker must defeat the infamous Jabba the Hutt.

"These three men reported seeing a strange , glowing object seemingly of metallic appearance and of a triangular shape. They reported it being approximately two to three meters across the base and two meters tall, giving off a bright white light which illuminated the entire forest. Also it had a pulsing red light on top and a bank of blue lights underneath . . ."

". . .The object seen that night left small radiation traces on the ground and nearby trees. It also left indentations in the soft ground and damage to the trees as it manouvered . . ."

Aliens have been part of our culture for decades. There have been numerous movies made about them, and even toys and books! Some of the more famous movies would include E.T., Star Wars, and the Alien trilogy.

E.T. is a rare case; when an alien is "good." Most aliens have been portrayed as bad in movies, but that is because the characters never take the time to see their point of view. Much like the suitors in The Odyssey do not see Telemachus' side, and then percieve him as an enemy.

Numerous times people have reported seeing UFOs, aliens, and similar items. The question is, was it real?

There are quite a few similarities between aliens and the Greek Gods. - Few people have actually met (or think they met) with either - They both are thought to have much more advanced powers/ technology - Neither are thought to live on the Earth - Neither of them have been or can be proven to actually exist
