Poseidon could make earthquakes, thunderstorms, and ship wrecks by hitting the ground with his trident, when he was angry.

Poseidon is in many diffent stories, such as The Odyssey.

King Triton is a fiction character in the movie The Little Mermaid.

Arial's father, King Triton, is the Sea King and is modeled after Poseidon.

His name, Triton, is taken from Greek mythology. Triton was the name of Poseidon's son.
